I had thought to write a unique and witty review of Pete and Katelyn, praising their work to a level never yet reached by any previous review, crafting a literary masterpiece of recommendation—the War and Peace of Google reviews—so as to cast all doubts aside in any reader’s mind that they should get down on their hands and knees and beg to work with Pete and Katelyn… But then I read the other reviews and realized that everyone else had already captured the experience of working with them, so it would be much easier to simply plagiarize all of the bits that I can wholeheartedly affirm are true:• “all around fantastic human”• “always available and willing to answer any questions you might have about anything to do with the whole home buying process”• “recommended exceptional professionals (home inspector, law firm, and mortgage broker) to assist too”• “Pete is not in this for a fast buck but to build a relationship on trust and integrity.”• “helped us every step of the way”• “very honest and kind”• “Definitely would recommend!”• “If we could, we would give Pete 10 stars for the service we received from him”• “trustworthy, professional, efficient, patient, quick to respond to emails/texts and has plenty of knowledge about the whole deal”That said, I must add something unique to our own experience. We found the property we wanted, the “dream home” (“How is this still on the market?!?”), and just as we were about to put in an offer—POOF!—it was gone. Another offer had been accepted. It was hugely disappointing, but Pete’s positive attitude helped us through. Despite it being a long shot, Pete was willing to do everything (legal and moral) possible to still get the house, in the chance that things played out a certain way. And, to our great joy, we got the house. It was Pete’s knowledge of the process that even made that possible. Needless to say, we will be naming any future children after Pete and Katelyn.
Response from the owner: WOW! That’s a review! You’ve certainly raised the expectations of anyone planning to hire me. I’m looking forward to meeting those expectations though. Love it. Thank you!
